Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Founding-rate and territory-exclusivity terms apply only while the account remains active and in good standing. Annual plans are prepaid. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving published content, professional claims, regulatory compliance, and access granted to third-party platforms.

Customers must not misuse the service, infringe third-party rights, or submit unlawful material. Service availability, limitation-of-liability, indemnity, dispute, and governing-law provisions require counsel review before launch.
